In order to dive on wrecks, in caves, and in other locations around the world, AQUI needed a strong reel line that wouldn't break. So we made our own with an ultra-high strength polymer. This line is the most durable dive spool you will find in diving!
The Spool is machined from high-grade aluminum, and the inner spindle is also comprised of high-grade aluminum. The line is made of Dyneema, and has a 380lb / 170kg breaking strength; far more efficient and durable than standard dacron or nylon.
We use it for our deployable surface marker buoys, jump spools in caves, primary line in wreck diving, and attaching to our dive flags.
