ALL SALES ARE FINAL! The Retail has closed and all online sale orders are closeouts on existing inventory. If you have any issues, or concerns, please email: info@getaqui.com.

 

For all orders placed prior to December 31, 2024 at 11:59PM Eastern Standard Time, the following policy applies to your order below.

Exchanges
IF WE HAVE THE ITEM IN STOCK, we may be able to exchange at buyer's expense. Otherwise, the sales are deemed final.

Refunds
IF WE HAVE AGREED to refund due to an issue on our part, we will send an approval email. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
