The kit will allow you to convert your continuous webbing harness to Quick Release one in minutes. Comes with two heavy-duty quick-release buckle fasteners, AQUI custom shoulder webbing, two "pull" lower shoulder strap pieces, waist strap webbing, stainless d-rings, 5 stainless steel tri-gliders, and a stainless steel or aluminum waist buckle. Extra webbing is generally recommended for individuals who are over 6'2" or 230lbs (188cm/104lbs). This is just a rough estimate, it's recommended to measure your previous system to see if you will need the additional length. For those diving cold waters with drysuits who are unsure about sizing its also recommended to select the extra webbing option.

Standard Lower shoulder strap "pull" piece length: 25 inch / 63 cm
Extra Webbing is an additional 2 feet in the shoulders and 3 feet in the waist
