AQUI Water Sports was founded to bring a training experience like no other to South Florida. We focus on core diving principles with a custom developed and systematic approach to safety. Our goal is to ensure every student receives high quality instruction while developing the necessary skills to safely become a competent diver.  We are excited to employ world-class instructors and have a large community supporting our brand.

Positions Available

Professional Diver & Instructor

Essential Functions

  • All AQUI dive staff are required to be at least an Open Water Scuba Instructor. 
  • Serve a 3-month probation period working closely with lead instructors developing proper skills and professionalism to educate students according to brand guidelines.
  • Following up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate feedback to be used for future company training
  • Resolving customer concerns and escalations as needed; report to HQ
  • Providing solutions that are bespoke to the customer and their specific needs; not a checklist only approach.
  • Providing basic services: cylinder fills, blending, and maintenance as requested.
  • Responsible for the daily maintenance and cleaning of equipment used during each session; includes disinfecting equipment and sanitizing surrounding areas.
  • Ensure compliance with all agency standards while on and off duty.
  • Work as a Sales Associate during non-training days

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively internally, and in external locations
  • Proven ability to work well with others in a team environment.
  • Creative thinker with ability to resolve critical problems quickly and independently.
  • Must work on a flexible schedule– Weekends and holidays included.
  • Hold an active professional rating from an accredited RSTC agency. Proof of certification and agency student report is required. 
  • Professional appearance required. Company branded clothing will be provided. 
  • Ability to lift and move 50lbs; assistance carts provided for handling heavier items.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the dive industry working as a professional (Divemaster included).
Sales Associate

Essential Functions

  • Providing outstanding guest service.
  • Selling charters, travel, equipment, and certifications.
  • Completing quotes and support online customer inquiries
  • Following up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate feedback
  • Resolving customer concerns and escalations as needed
  • Providing solutions that are bespoke to the customer and their specific needs
  • Ensuring the sales floor, displays and products are clean and presentable
  • Cashiering and Payment Processing through our POS Systems
  • Managing merchandise, and inventory accountability
  • Providing basic services: cylinder fills, blending, and maintenance as requested

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively internally, and in external locations
  • Proven ability to work well with others in a team environment.
  • Creative thinker with ability to resolve critical problems quickly and independently.
  • Willingness to work on a flexible schedule– Weekends and holidays included.
  • Professional SCUBA certification recommended, not required.
  • Professional appearance required. Company branded clothing will be provided.
  • Ability to lift and move 50lbs; assistance carts provided for handling heavier items.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales; dive industry preferred, but not required.
